Cheesecake rápido

Ingredientes:
2 pacotes de natas
2 pacotes de queijo philadélphia light
1 lata de leite condensado
6 folhas de gelatina
200g de bolacha maria
100g de manteiga

Preparação:
No copo misturador colocar as natas, o queijo e o leite condensado. Bater, aquecer um pouco e reservar num tigela à parte.
Numa tigela, demolhar as folhas de gelatina em água, tirar da água quando amolecerem e colocar 10s no microondas.
Misturar com o batido aquecido feito no passo anterior e mexer até a gelatina derreter.
Voltar a utilizar o copo misturador, desta vez para fazer a base do cheesecake: colocar as bolachas e a manteiga partida aos bocados dentro do copo misturador, ligar o copo misturador até estar tudo desfeito e envolvido.
Utilizar uma forma de tarte, colocar a base de bolacha e manteiga feita no passo anterior, colocar o batido por cima e levar ao frigorífico para solidificar.

Lista de Vencedores: E o Oscar foi para...

Foi esta madrugada que se assistiu à entrega dos Oscares de 2009, 81st Edition, uma edição renovada com uma duração mais reduzida (4h) face aos anos anteriores.
O filme vencedor da noite foi o Slumdog Millionaire, que conquistou 8 estatuetas douradas.
Heath Ledger recebeu um Oscar póstumo, ganhando assim o Oscar para Melhor Actor Secundário pela sua participação no filme "The Dark Night", do Batman, pelo seu papel brilhante como Joker. Foi este o último filme em que participou antes da sua morte prematura em Janeiro de 2008.
O único facto negativo a destacar nesta cerimónia foi a ausência de Peter Gabriel, que recusou participar no medley de apresentação dos nomeados para a Melhor Música Original, devido a ter-lhe sido pedido para apresentar a sua música em apenas 65s.
